Description
Enables/disables the compression of demos.
Usage
At the console type...
com_compressDemos [flag]
Parameters
- [flag] - Enables/disables the compression of demos.
- 0 - Disables the compression of demos.
- 1 - Enables the compression of demos.

Notes
Compression reduces filesize by almost half but because decompression is on the fly it can slow down playback. This is especially relevant if you are recording a demo for use with the timedemo console command where the results will be skewed by the fact the CPU will be busy decompressing the demo.
