Description
Enables/Disables downsampling for specular images.
Usage
At the console type...
image_downSizeSpecular [STRING]
Parameters
- [STRING] - Unknown value in string format.
- [1] - Enabled
- [0] - Disabled

Notes
The cutoff resolution is determined by image_downSizeSpecularLimit. A vid_restart command must be issued to see the effects of a change to this CVar.
